RioApartments also offers a comprehensive V.I.P package that is tailor made to suit your individual requirements, for discerning clients. From the moment you arrive, till the second you leave, we will be working tirelessly, so that you don’t have to. We will collect you from the airport and transfer you to your luxury apartment, either with a bodyguard (if you have specifically requested this service) or by chauffeur driven luxury car. As you would expect, our chauffeur service will be at your disposable twenty four hours a day.

In addition to the chauffeur, a member of staff will be assigned to yourself and be available to deal with any query or problem twenty four hours a day. If for example you lose your keys and cannot enter your apartment, or you run out of money, just telephone your representative and they will deal with the issue on your behalf. Complimentary use of our internet and fax facilities in our state of the art internet café are also included in the package, available during office hours, however we work long hours! As to further enhance your Rio experience, a professional tour guide will also be made available to accompany you at all times. We guarantee that by having a Carioca (Rio local) by your side, you will have access to a totally different Rio then your typical tourist.

An additional benefit of our VIP package is our concierge service. There is nearly always a concert, festival or match in Rio in which stars of international and national renown will be performing, and chances are that whilst you are here you would like to catch a show. However in most circumstances tickets would have been sold out months in advance. If that is the case, our concierge will use his extensive contacts to accommodate you and your guest. If he cannot get the ticket for you at the price you want, no-one can!

Once you have exhausted all that Rio has to offer (highly unlikely!!) or attempted too, it is worth noting that our VIP service is not just limited to the confines of Rio. If, as most guests do, you decide to travel to other parts of Brazil, we can arrange your itinerary for you, leaving you with more time to enjoy yourself. We can arrange private helicopter flights to other States for you, or if you prefer flying conventionally in a commercial airplane we can book the seats too. In conjunction with our affiliated partners we can locate suitable accommodation for you at a moments notice anywhere in Brazil (please note however this does not apply to the periods during carnival and new year, but we will endeavor to do our best). Unlike any of our competitors, we can still provide a twenty four bi-lingual guide for these inter-state excursions.

A partir do momento que você chega, até o último segundo, trabalharemos incansavelmente por você. Iremos buscá-lo no aeroporto e traslado para um apartamento de luxo, ou com um guarda-costas (se você tiver solicitado especificamente este serviço) ou com um motorista de carros de luxo dirigido. Como seria de esperar, o nosso serviço de motorista estará à sua disposição 24 horas por dia.

Além do motorista, um membro da equipe será designado para você e estará disponível para lidar com qualquer dúvida ou problema 24 horas por dia. Se, por exemplo, você perder suas chaves e não puder entrar no seu apartamento, ou se você ficar sem dinheiro, apenas telefone para seu representante e eles resolverão o problema por você. O uso gratuito da nossa internet e fax em nosso moderníssimo cyber café também estão incluídos no pacote, disponível durante as horas de expediente, e trabalhamos durante longas horas! Para aumentar ainda mais a sua experiência do Rio, um guia de turismo também será disponibilizado para acompanhá-lo em todos os momentos. Garantimos que por ter um carioca (pessoa nascida no Rio) ao seu lado, você terá acesso a um Rio totalmente diferente do turista comum.

Um benefício extra do nosso pacote VIP é o nosso serviço de concierge. Quase sempre ocorre um concerto, festival ou jogo no Rio, em que estrelas de renome internacional e nacional estarão se apresentando, e as oportunidades de assistir a um desses shows ocorrem enquanto você estiver aqui. No entanto, na maioria dos casos os bilhetes são vendidos com meses de antecedência. Se for esse o caso, o nosso concierge irá usar seus contatos para acomodar você e seus convidados. Se ele não conseguir o bilhete para você ao preço que você quer, ninguém pode!

Depois de ter se esgotado de tudo o que o Rio tem a oferecer (muito improvável!) ou pelo menos tentado, é importante notar que o nosso serviço VIP não se limita às fronteiras do Rio de Janeiro. Se, como a maioria dos hóspedes fazem, você decide viajar para outras partes do Brasil, podemos organizar o seu itinerário para você, deixando você com mais tempo para se divertir. Nós podemos arranjar voos de helicóptero para outros Estados para você, ou se você preferir voar convencionalmente em um avião comercial, podemos reservar as passagens também. Em conjunto com nossos parceiros afiliados, podemos encontrar acomodação apropriada para você em pouco tempo em qualquer lugar no Brasil (de nota-se, no entanto, que isso não se aplica aos períodos durante o de Carnaval e Ano Novo, mas tentaremos fazer o nosso melhor). Diferente de nossos concorrentes, podemos ainda fornecer uma guia bilíngüe de 24 horas, bi-lingual para estas excursões inter-estaduais.
