Our service encompasses these different elements:
(1) Assist our clients in locating suitable properties, depending on their purpose.
(2) Assist with the necessary financial bureaucracy. It is unfortunate, but at some stage you will have to pay for the property! But do not despair, we will do everything possible to facilitate the conveyance.
(3) Although foreigners have the same legal rights as Brazilians to own property, they don’t have the corresponding ease in which to transfer the title deeds, i.e. most foreigners do not speak Portuguese, etc. As we are exclusive Realtors for the foreign market, we have accumulated alot of experience and can easily overcome these obstacles.
(4) As we also own a subsidiary construction company, undertaking renovation projects, no matter how large (or small) is not an issue. Plus the client has the added bonus that all work will be fully guaranteed by us.
(5) Advising clients on suitable furniture, fixtures and fittings to purchase for the apartment if it is to be leased to assure optimum occupancy and thus the maximum rental income.
(6) Administering the apartment in the absence of the owner. We are confident that after we have assisted the client in any of the above transactions, they will have no qualms in entrusting ourselves to manage the apartment and granting us a power of attorney to act on their behalf.
(7) If a client wishes to sell their apartment and it is in a suitable location, with our extensive database of foreign and affluent local customers, we are best placed to achieve a sale within a minimum time scale and at the best price.
We are definitely not the cheapest operator in the Rio Real Estate market, but we are, the best. With us, you will receive a superior level of service at all times. From the moment you instruct us to act on behalf, a member of staff we will be allocated to look after you. That member of staff will be responsible for you and accountable to one person, yourself.
Every member of staff is bi-lingual, and with approximately five different languages spoken in the office, we can say with confidence that the staff member allocated to yourself, will speak to you in plain English, Portuguese, Swedish, etc!!!!
